Katlyn was extremely helpful in aiding me find a house. She was quick to respond and always kept me in the loop.
As a first time buyer I can’t even image trying to tackled the mister of buying a house without her. She did all the heavy lifting.
I was even out of country due to work. This made things tricky with the major time different and me being in and out of cell service range, she was still able to get me in a house.

I am originally from Lansing, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University, where I earned a BS in Sociology and Public Administration. After graduating, I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, and spent 3 years working for the State of North Carolina in Courthouse Administration. While this provided me with the ability to connect with people everyday, I wanted a career path that I could take anywhere as a military spouse. I made the leap into real estate and haven't looked back! I spent 2 years with RE/MAX in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, NC real estate market and worked extensively with military and former military clientele. My husband was transferred to Fort Carson to join 10th Special Forces Group and we couldn't be happier to call Colorado Springs our home. We used the Military Home Search Team to purchase our house and were blown away by the professionalism, hard work and diligence of the MHS Team! It was a no-brainer decision to join the Military Home Search Team to help other families buy and sell their homes. As a military spouse myself, I understand the stresses of a PCS move and will do everything I can to mitigate the pressures of a relocation. I am extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to ensuring my clients have a smooth and stress-free transaction in both buying and selling. I enjoy building strong, personal relationships with all of my clients and leaving each transaction with new friends. My experience and passion for real estate has helped give me the ability to overcome obstacles, and successfully close sales, whilst ensuring all my client's needs and desires are achieved.
