After 15 years of military life and 10 PCS moves, my family was stationed at Peterson Air Force Base in 2018. We had always hoped to call Colorado Springs home, and it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the community, lifestyle, and everything Colorado has to offer. This is where we plan to stay after military retirement and continue raising our three children.
Having experienced military relocations firsthand, I understand the challenges of buying, selling, and moving, especially when timelines are tight or you're making decisions from hundreds or thousands of miles away. That experience has shaped my commitment to providing clear communication, honest advice, and dependable support throughout the process.

Before real estate, I built a career in marketing, sales, e-commerce, and data analysis. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and have more than 20 years of professional experience, including roles as a Data Analyst and Marketing Director.
Today, I bring that analytical and marketing background directly into my real estate business.
For buyers, that means evaluating comparable sales, neighborhood trends, property values, pricing history, and potential resale considerations before making an offer. I want my clients to understand whether a home is competitively priced, where there may be room to negotiate, and how the property fits their long term goals.
For sellers, it means using detailed market research, predictive market analysis, competitive pricing strategies, and targeted marketing to position their homes effectively. I help sellers understand current buyer demand, competing inventory, estimated net proceeds, and the factors that can influence their home's value and time on the market.
