Lauren Schneider

I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1997, and I honestly wouldn't live anywhere else. I grew up figure skating competitively at the Broadmoor World Arena, I am a proud Cheyenne Mountain High School alum, and an even prouder graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My husband, Grant, and I met in Colorado Springs and chose this beautiful town to raise our family. We have a 2-year old daughter, Brooke, and a 7-month old son, Braeden, and they are the loves of our lives. After spending seven years in the banking world, I made the transition to real estate. I had a strong desire to make a career change that would enable me to help other families, while having the ability to still be there for my family as well. I am extremely passionate about helping the military, as I have family members that serve, and I also know that without the military Colorado Springs wouldn't be half of the amazing city it is. It is my pleasure to help serve your families with your real estate needs, just as you so graciously serve us.

In 2016, I closed 98 transactions and ranked in the top 1.5% of all agents in Colorado Springs. I earned the RE/MAX Chairman's Club award and the Quantum Leap award. More importantly, I earned the trust and respect of 98 clients, many of whom have become close friends. In 2017, I, and my team, will close over 210 transactions. I earned RE/MAX's Hall of Fame award this year, and I now rank in the top 0.5% of all agents in Colorado Springs. I truly love what I do, and would love to help with all of your real estate needs.

I grew up an hour outside of Boston in a small town. For 17 years I was a competitive figure skater and was a member of Team USA for 7 years. After moving to Colorado Springs from Boston in 2003 to continue training, I realized this was the only place I would ever want to live. There is nothing like the clear blue skies and friendly atmosphere this city provides.

I graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School and then went on to pursue a degree in Sports Health and Wellness Promotion at UCCS. I was a figure skating coach for 12 years at the Broadmoor World Arena before making a career change to real estate.

Growing up in this military-rich town and having so many friends whose family members were in the military really made me want to pursue a career in helping our hometown heroes and their families find their homes. It’s so rewarding to be able to help those who put their lives on the line day after day to protect our country. I have found the career I love and am passionate about, and I can’t wait to help you find your home!

I have been lucky enough to live here in Colorado Springs for the last 4 and a half years. As the oldest child of a military father who served 30 years in the Air Force, I have had the opportunity to live in 7 states and visit many more. There is no where I would rather be than here! It took me seven years but I finally was able to find the right opportunity to head out here from St. Louis.

While I'm not native to Colorado, I am getting married to a Colorado Native in September and am fortunate to say that this is where I get to put down roots and raise my future kids. I love the weather, the mountains, and being very close to some amazing ski slopes.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in many industries and have truly found a passion for doing work that gives me the chance to help others. I am particularly motivated to help military families as I know and understand what it's like to pick up and move across the country and the challenges that come with it.

I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve the military families transitioning to Colorado and help them find a place they can call home.

Brooke Hancock

Client Care Manager

I was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina until I moved off to college at Campbell University. There I earned a Bachelor's in Science in Kinesiology and met my husband, Dale who was in the ROTC program. We both graduated and he commissioned into the Army. We got married in 2015 and have moved four times since. We now call Colorado home and have loved every minute of it. After months of living on post, we decided it was time to take the plunge and buy a home here. We found the Military Home Search team who helped us find our home and made the process a breeze! I now work for this team as the Client Care Manager in hopes to help other military families find their home here in Colorado, because I know first-hand how overwhelming not just PCS'ing is, but also settling into a new place.

Susanne McCall

Team Operations Assistant

I grew up in Nebraska and was fortunate to have experienced living not only in the Midwest, but also on the east coast of Virginia, the Gulf coast of Florida, and in Southern Texas. I moved to Colorado Springs 11 years ago and fell in love. Who wouldn’t?

I have four amazing kids; an adult son, and two adult daughters, who live throughout Colorado, along with their spouses and my eight grandchildren; and I have a high spirited 14-year-old daughter who keeps her dad and I on our toes! My husband, Don, is a Navy veteran as well.

My background is rich in business management. Organizing, handling the day to day details of a business, assisting to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible is what I do best. Providing great customer service to our clients and associates to achieve smooth closings is my utmost goal.

I feel privileged to be a part of this team in providing our military families the best service possible in selling their home, and in buying their next home.
