Falcon real estateFalcon real estate is especially great for growing families. Here you'll find a number of larger, gently used or brand new single-family houses situated on quarter-acre to half-acre lots. You will enjoy considerably large floorplans, offering up multiple bed and bathrooms, spacious living rooms, large kitchens, his and her vanities in the bathrooms, and much more. While each builder showcases something a little something different in the architecture of these homes, the styles found in this area are generally Traditional, with a mix of Ranchers, two, or three stories.

New master-planned communities are being constructed at the northern end of Falcon. The neighborhood to the north of Meridian Ranch Elementary School is being developed on a large scale. With great amenities such as schools, shopping, and dining just minutes away in the town center of Falcon, you’ll have the country lifestyle within minutes of modern amenities.

As you follow Meridian Road to the north, turn right on Rex Road and you’ll see new communities that are just waiting for you to pick that ideal spot for your house. On the south side of Rex Road, there are more affordable homes in a typical suburban neighborhood. These homes have about 4,000 square feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. These are perfect for larger families looking for a comfortable living space while still having room for guests.

On the northern side of Rex Road, you’ll still find newer homes, but these are on an acre or so of land. These stately homes range in size and styles because many of these properties are custom designed homes. However, the rancher-style of house is common in this area, with about 5,000 square feet of living space. The yards have minimal landscaping allowing for an open prairie feel. With expansive views of the mountains, these properties are a must if you are looking for a newer acreage home.

Falcon Community Highlights

What's really great about living in Falcon is that there's always something new being added to the community. Just before the intersection of Highway 24 and E. Woodmen Road you'll find the Falcon Highlands Marketplace and Falcon Town Center, which include a number of the nation's top big-box stores like Walmart and Walgreens, and a few smaller retail chains like Papa Murphy's, Safeway, and Dollar Tree. There's also a small branch of the Pikes Peak Library located near the retail centers as well as the Rock Island Trail head, which offers convenient parking for those taking advantage of the mixed-use Rock Island Trail.

Students living in Falcon can attend schools in School District 49, serving east Colorado Springs and the Falcon area of El Paso County. Some schools that your child may be assigned to, if you live in this area, include:
