Charles was incredibly helpful in our assumption process. He was initially the seller’s agent. After meeting him we felt confident he could represent us as buyers as well so he brokered both sides. Most realtors don’t like to get too involved in the mortgage process. But Charles was honest, quick to respond, and always made sure we were up to date on everything that needed to be submitted. He really went above and beyond each step of the way. We will only use him for any property deals in Colorado.
