He was also really great with setting expectations and timeframes for the buying process. Not only that, but he was super flexible with our home buying vision. We literally went from looking at a trailer in Woodland Park, to looking at existing home, and ended up with a new build in Colorado springs. on top of that his suggestions are on point for lenders to inspectors.We never would’ve looked into a new build home if he had not suggested speaking with a Challenger representative or driving past an available new build home. We will forever be thankful for the help he provided us during this process, it honestly felt like a breeze and I can only say that it’s probably because Charles was so helpful.
