Why This Job?

A REALTOR® Trainee/Licensed Assistant is responsible for assisting the Lead REALTOR® with the entire client experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced work environment, work well individually, will have the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and have impeccable organizational skills. Typical work hours are from home and flexible between 9am and 4pm, M-F, with occasional evening and weekend appointments.

 What you’ll do:

·        Have availability to attend in person appointments for buyers and sellers on an as needed basis.

·        Assist Licensed Realtors with showings, trade appointments, home inspection appointments, final walk throughs, closings, etc.

·        Assist Licensed Realtors with listing appointments, photo appointments, signs, and lockboxes.

·        Host Open Houses.

·        Assist Licensed Realtors with all non-paperwork tasks.

·        Act as the agents’ right hand on transactions and leads, as tasks come up.

·        Verify pertinent information in the MLS per agents’ requests.

·        With job performance growth and market dynamics, there is the potential to transition to a full-time licensed Realtor on the MilitaryHomeSearch.com team within 12 months.

How you'll do it...

·        Work remotely in the greater Colorado Springs area, with the majority of appointments being “in person”, paid as a 1099 contractor as a licensed Realtor.

·        Availability to assist with clients is requested between 9am and 4pm Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekend appointments.

How you’ll be paid:

·        The salary is $48,000/year. All ongoing Realtor expenses (MLS dues, Sentrilock dues, eXp dues, and continuing education required to maintain a license) are covered by Military Home Search.

·        Personal referral: Personal referrals will result in a 25% referral fee to the licensed assistant. Alternatively, licensed assistant may work the referral themselves at a 50% split.
