Katlyn Gauthier was a wonderful agent to work with from start to finish. My husband was deployed and I was in Texas, so we relied heavily on Katlyn throughout the process of purchasing our home. I only had one day that I would be in Colorado Springs and ahead of my arrival, she went to each home we were interested in, took in-depth videos of each and helped us narrow down which I would see in person. She then arranged showings of several houses all in one day. She specializes in helping military families purchase homes sight unseen when they're coming in from out of the area and based on the videos she sent and her sound judgment, I would have been comfortable purchasing that way.
